Ragdolls
will make you a nicer person
We are able to produce all three patterns, depending on which boy we use. Riley mated to another mitted will give us high mitted bicolors, mitted and colorpoint kittens with some having the lynx overlay. Bon Jovi mated to a mitted will give us high mitted bicolors (like Bon Jovi) and mitted kittens. If Bon Jovi is mated to a colorpoint, the kittens will be all mitted.
We are not going to have all patterns all the time. Because we are a small cattery and are producing only a couple of litters a year, it's limited as to what we are going to have.
We will take a personal check for a deposit on a kitten, but we will not take a personal check at the time of pick up. If you wish to pay by personal check, you must pay for the kitten two weeks prior to it being picked up.
We accept money orders, cashier check or cash at the time of pick up.
We do not accept credit cards nor do we do Pay Pal. Since we don't sell a lot of kittens, it's not worth the hassle.
Although we do not ship, we will hand deliver a kitten up to a 7 hour round trip from Greenville. We will base the delivery fee on current gas prices. Delivery is done on our schedule.
We produce kittens in the colors seal and blue. The kitten you see on this page is a seal mitted. When Emmy breeds, she will be able to produce tortie females and red or cream males along with the traditional seal and blue colors. When she is bred to Riley, some of the kittens will probably be lynx. A lynx tortie is called a torbie.
We do not do a waiting list of people wishing to be notified when we have either kittens on the way or are here. We have found that waiting lists just don't work for us.
If you are serious about getting a kitten, we will only take deposits after kittens are born.
Call or e-mail for pricing! We offer a discounted price for anyone who has already gotten a kitten (or adult) from us and also to referrals.
Breeding kittens placed on a limited basis and only to breeders we know and we trust. It is a huge responsibility to sell kittens as pets let alone selling them to other breeders.
We have no available kittens at this time. Colleen is expecting kittens around June 3rd and we may have pets available in September. Any kittens that are show/breeder quality are already reserved.
Please check with Gail Stone of Megailee Ragdolls or Scottie Cone of Rags2Riches Ragdolls, both located in the Raleigh, NC area, for available kittens.
Kittens are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de wormed and vet checked before they leave Kimand Ragdolls between the ages of 12 and 14 weeks.
A note to Animal Rights Activists: An ethical breeder of purebreds is not the one responsible for the overflow of animals in shelters. The majority of cats in shelters are not even purebreds. Some may be "wannabes", and to get them adopted out quicker, many rescues will tag them as "ragdolls, siamese, maine coon, persian, etc", but in all likelihood, they are not. Unless you have papers stating so, all you have is a wannabe purebred.
The Ragdolls at Kimand are pets first and foremost. We do "pet out" retired adults from time to time if we feel they will be better off in one cat homes.
